GUNS & AMMO

Obama will use the EPA. They'll descend upon every manufacturing facility that handles lead, and the chemistry of smokeless powder. He'll just make it too @#$%ing expensive to be an active gun owner.

How many of you guys realize that the EPA has armed agents? They can walk into a factory with pulled weapons given probable cause. This info is from a CO state dept of health seminar, it's not a black helicopter dream. Wait, what's that noise? :)

Except he has an even crazier wannabe dictator waiting to step in his place.

Biden is the best job security Obama could ever wish for.

Agreed, except everyone knows how crazy Joe is even the media. He couldn't get a damn thing done if he were to take office. Unless it were because of Obumer was gone due to a "crazy"

I join my team for breakfasts on occasion at the Denny's in our areas and they love having us..... so do the patrons. Folks come by and chat with us - even sit with us sometimes. Many times on a training day, a group of us go to lunch in plain clothes with open-carry side arms (but yeah, paired with a badge or ID next to the holster) and never seem to see an eyebrow raised. Sheesh.

This happened to me during lunch today.

Walked into a Chipotle and there were two plain cloths officers eating lunch.

Looked like they had either a semi automatic bushwacker or AK47 strapped to their hips (I sometimes mix those two up).

I tried to complain to the staff, but they just spoke Mexican, so my message was lost. I ended up hiding in the bathroom until they left. I was so angry that someone could just walk around with a gun, I almost wrote an angry letter to someone.

:stirs the pot:

Interesting -- it looks like they just tweaked the language of the "form" Firearms Freedom Act that has been circulating around various state legislatures (including Colorado's), and which has passed and is law in Montana and I think Virginia. I think they are going to run into a constitutional problem (supreme court interpreted, not the actual document) with making it a felony to try and regulate a firearm "owned" in Wyo when it is quite likely that such firearm was manufactured elsewhere and at some time crossed state lines -- the Supreme's current expansive definition of interstate commerce makes that a lawfully regulated firearm (disagree as I might with that interpretation). I love the spirit though!

I think we actually passed this in the last sssion. Our legislature is just increasing the penalties to drive the point home.

My advice talk to your elected officials dem or repub. Some of them will be real jerks but a lot will at least be respectful enough to listen. Then join the NRA. I am a life member and it has been worth every penny. There is strength in numbers especially when politicians fear the lost votes.

Are you saying that Colorado has such a law? If so imma make a sign and hang it on my front gate!

Postal is in northern Wyo -- his "we" don't include "thee"... Colorado's progressive legislature won't touch something like this.
