Went back up today. It was raining in Fresno, so we thought that we would get snowed on up the hill. We were wrong. It was a clear warm day up at bald. Had a variety of fresh powder, nasty slush, long stretches of super slick ice, and lots of Yotas iceing down the trail. It was a struggle most of the way. We made it to the big climb below the lookout tower. Very nice up there.:sunshine:
