Friday Night Pot-Luck

Meganne's mom will be making some pasta salad while we are on the trail Friday. Go ahead and ad that to the list, Sue.

Thanks.

Is a tray of cookies okay to bring? I can also bring some paper plates and forks (100 plates, 48 forks).

I've got a frozen turkey in my freezer and a turkey fryer in my shed. :shhh:

Last I talked to Neal about it, he was planning on doing 2-4 turkeys, probably all of them Saturday night. In the past there's always been tons of food at the potluck on Friday, but on Saturday night is when the ravenous MWC folk really want some deep fried turkey to snack on.

And I believe Molly will be making some ham and beans for the potluck.

I'm reasonably sure that I'll be down in time for the potluck, put me down for ketchup, mustard & sweet relish (time to go hit Costco...)

I have a coupole of teh huge tinfoil pans from last year (or year before) that we use to put the meat in when it comes off the grills, they are new and have a couple of lids, I will try and remember to bring them.
