Badlands trip?

Haspin sucks. IMO it's nothing but a bunch of drunk idiots running all over the place on ATVs or clapped out Jeeps/Zukis/fullsize trucks.

The bathhouse at Attica Family CG is not quite 5 star. It is better than the setup they had before, but still isn't great.

I might be talked into this, but Badlands 2 months straight???? I think the badlands cg is just as good as summers now that it has a bath house.

I've only driven through Summers, but it seems nicer because of the layout and the trees/pond/etc. Attica CG is nice only by location and price.

Does anyone know will a truck/trailer and jeep fit on one of these site at the summers?

My Friend who was with at WF (not my Dad as you might have thought) has a 4Door 2500 Silverado Long bed and pulls a 20ft trailer and he fits just fine at Summers Carroll CG. So i would say you could fit no prob. The campground there is pretty good. Bathrooms are in good shape and sites are nice as well. ALLOT better than badlands grounds.

End of April for another run with you guys sounds like alot of fun. I would probably be there Friday night at the CG and set up....Wheel saturday... and leave sunday about noon.

yep, we normally stay at the primitive area. you go to the office/ activity/ snacks building, register and then drive straight to the back.
there is a big empty field, that is primitive. It also is near the water - electric camping area. There are generally a few scatyered porto-outs nearby. then a building with toilets and showers.

Twinkies, snickers, whatever. I've thrown flour on watermelon and fried that before. Worked about as well as you'd expect.

I'll bring some tator tots and french fries, gives them a little hint of turkey.
