Now that it's getting cold and we had our first snow storm of the year, it's time to get together for another run at my place. For those of you who haven't been up here yet, it is 54 wooded acres with 3 cut trails and multiple large obstacles. Warning: Body Damage is likely. Ask anyone who has been here before. If you don't want to wheel, you are more than welcome to come out and watch. All the trails are only a short walk from the house.

To keep this event interesting, we will make it pot-luck. Entrance fee is food to be shared at the end of a day of wheeling. I will supply some burgers and dogs. We can hang out afterwards if anyone wants and watch some wheeling videos (KOH 2008, KOH 2009, etc...).

Start time will be approximately 11am. Post up if you are interested or planning on coming. I will send out PM's with the address to everyone coming about a week prior to the event. Now let's go wheeling!!!

awesome!! I'd like this I think :)

And Kyle... bring yer board, Crotched is about half an hour from Weare and there's a Midnight madness that night! We're gonna have ourselves one long, AWESOME day :D

Thanks for opening up your place to the club John and Melissa. very generous offer as always. It's appreciated

oh awesome, I still haven't been to Crotched. we're going to need lots of coffee

Count me in, probably won't be wheeling unless I can find a way to avoid body damage but I'll show up, act like an idiot, and hang out any day

Is this BYOB? I have a mass quantity of beer I can bring, as usual - unless I shouldn't.

one day you'll look back at this post and think to yourself, "Oh, those were the days..."

:D

if I can get bumpers by then I will be there to wheel (should have a spare by then), just need the recovery points. If I can't get the recovery points I will be there to watch!

If I can make it down some trails with 33x12.50 AT's on 3.5" lift, body damage is welcome :D If that isn't enough to get me down the trails I will have to wait for another time. I will be sure I am painted by then so I can leave with the 'bleeding Jeep'

Rob, I just love your spelling :D

I wouldn't be surprised. Not in this Jeep though!

I did swear it was never going bigger than 32s, and dammit treadwright was out of 32s when I ordered today, so it looks like 285/75r16s are on the fedex truck... they round down to 32 I guess :eyes:

Sad thing is, they were cheaper than 32s from a "real" manufacturer by a long shot, and price is what drives a lot of my jeep decisions right now.

You'll make it... but the slick snow will keep things interesting :viking:

Of course it's BYOB... no campfire this time though. Haven't you learned by now that my favorite thing to do after a day of wheeling is hang out and drink some beer :jester:

Lobster,

Rob,

I got a 99 sport with a 4.5" on 32" BFG all terrains, but no rock sliders or any armor actually. Any trails I could handle with a little less body damage? (Plus its my DD so if i break it i am walking home so keep that in mind)

with the snow it will be very hard to avoid body damage at Lobsterville
