Flow of things at Winterfest...

If you are new to Winterfest this post will be informative. If you are coming back for another year, this will be a good review, there are no major changes from last year's event.

When you arrived at the Badlands you must check in at the main office by the road where all the rzr's are parked. There's truck and trailer parking there also.

If you arrive before registration on Friday and Saturday mornings, you can square up with the badlands office on camping and park fees. (remember if you are pre-registered paid NAXJA member you get free camping).

If you arrive at registration time, there will be a table set up in the badlands office. You'll see us. There you will get your registration packet, sign a waiver with NAXJA MWC, and buy any extra event swag that you need.

After the NAXJA table you'll get in line to pay the Badlands park fees and camping if you are paying for it. We will have a list of who gets free camping. We will also have a list of who is signed up and pre-paid for Mission Impossible trails.

After settling up with the Badlands folks you'll drive down the road toward the park. Once on that road (if you need to stop by the campground, it's on your left), then just before the building that's under construction we will have our guys doing a quick tech of your rig. See the sticky for required equipment in this forum. Once you get your tech sticker, you'll go down to the lower parking lot (keep going straight), there we will stage the trail rides. There will be flags noting whick trail is which, we will also have people there to direct you.

After a driver's meeting, we will hit the trails.

Let me know if you have any questions, or post in this thread.
