I must be thinking a different part.. I was thinking the Bezel that goes around the instrument pannel, right above the steering col.

Right that's the one but I forgot the 95 up does not have that piece. Mine is a 92 so it would look funny missing the piece under the colum. It's just a small trim piece that clips to the bezel. Thanks anyway.

After some research it seems that there was a change in 97-01 that will make this not work as well as I had hoped for my 99. I think I will back out on the offer to take it off your hands :doh:
