XJs in Movies

In the New Fast and the Furious, there is a chopped XJ with round headlights in it. If you watch the movie you will see it when they go to the church.

that was not an xj. it was actually a lamborghini LM002. They were made from 1986 till 1993 and they only produced 301 over that time period.

Not movies, but I can think of a couple TV shows that used them
Davinci's Inquest, looked to be an early HO Laredo.
Viper from the late 90's or early '00, mostly the post '97 models and they tended to get destroyed:banghead:
I also seem to remember one that appeared to be one of the AMC built Chevy V-6 or I-4 powered models that was being fed Nitrous so the bad guys could keep ahead of the police on an episode of Knight Rider. IIRC once they got off road, KITT was screwed too:laugh:
and I thought I saw the back part one on a comercial for some HBO show called "Hung", possibly driven by the male lead.......

I'm very surprised nobody's mentioned Jurassic Park yet...Maybe they got tired of mentioning it every time this topic comes up...

...this has to be a :NAXJA: member.

The caption with this photo says it's a 93, and it appeared in a documentary called 'Four Wheeler Magazine's Top Truck Challenge' released in 2000.

Any takers?

"Secret Window".... that cracked out movie with Johnny Depp fighting his evil other self. But he drives an XJ.

come on guys!!
what about the burger king commercial... the guy with the little hands lol
and the mini cooper commercial the jeep was flipped over and dead.

In the movie Taken, there is a pretty cool chase scene through a bunch of rough stuff in a Cherokee.

they crashed one in "knowing" with nicolas cage. Got T-boned by a big rig.
Did you guys even read the first page of this thread, let alone take a look at the original threads?? :)

yeah, I did

Did you notice the part where you stuck your 2 cents into a perfectly fine thread and fu-bared it up with ignorant comments about how superior your god like ability to end a thread with "/thread" like people should some how stop posting in there. Yet you find the time to stick your head in and remind those of us who don't care what you have to say, that you had tried to put an end to discussion with authority you don't have...

Sooo you read the first page of the thread and saw that has already been posted, then you knowingly proceded to go to the third page to "add" to the thread and post it again? I mean, I can understand it if its a long thread, cuz it happens a lot, but three pages?

Ironically, my post actually did end the thread for about 2 weeks (unintentionally of course). :D

You fail.
Twice.
