Actually the racers will be at FlatNasty on Thursday.
They'll be using the park to do all the last minute tuning.
It should be pretty cool watching these guys go though the park at 100 mph.

I read an extended weather forecast for the country.
it said we should expect a warmer (+3 degrees) winter in the midwest.
with a slightly higher (120 percent) precipitation.

sounds to me like good wheeling weather.

must be where they are having the press stage... (shakedown) only a small amount will show up for that. I will probably be there... a group of us MWJT jeepers are staying at the state park. it's got some nice cabins.

Well, the ole Marine Corps is trying to det me right in the middle of winterfest. Of all the 3 week periods to pick from, they gotta pick the one week I want to drive 1000 miles one way to hang out with you crazy people.
I'm not going down without a fight.

Trust me, if I can get ahold of a thousand dollars to pay for the last round of repairs done to my Jeep, another few hundred to replace the radiator and maybe the engine, and fifteen hundred dollars for gas, all while still being able to afford to pay not only the fifteen hundred dollar tuition bill for the spring semester, but the tuition and fees for a class I need to take at another university (which will cost almost twice the entire tuition at my community college), I'll be at Winterfest. But I don't think that's very likely.

Damn, only 100 days to wait until I can pull it onto the trailer If I was taking the 96 that is. Taking the 85 is gonna take some time getting ready.
Anybody have a 229 or 228 tranfer case available?

I think once I get the new tires to fit I'll be good.
The rebuild on the D30 seems to be holding up. Gonna drain and check the diff fluid this weekend.
