Wheelin May 31st

will be running 2 trails in western ma. meeting spot will be off exit 8 of the mass pike at 456 center st ludlow Ma in the parking lot of the abandoned mobil station. looking to meet at 9 am. first trail is easy/moderate second is moderate to difficult. you need tow points front and rear. tow straps and a high jack are suggested but not necessary. post up if you're interested

hey travis do u have a passenger, im hoping my jeep will be ready but if its not ill be looking to riide, the trail out there is real fun!

yeah, as far as i know i will probably have a spot, just like i say it depends on the weekend before, if my jeep still goes haha. if yours isn't done and you wanna throw some money towards gas you can ride with me fo sho:chef:

oh yeah..also depends on if i got to work :-\ just started my new job landscaping, we're getting pretty busy and i guess we're gonna have to work a few saturdays coming up, i hope we don't on the 31st!!

I'll be there to wheel the first, and if someone has a seat ride along and snap photos (I'll remember to charge my camera batterites this time billy!) on the second, harder trail

i'd love to do it, but i don't have tow points yet. i riskily did the first one without tow points, but i miiiiight be able to have something set up by then. if i were to do this, it would be easier for me to meet you guys at the trailhead, because i go to umass and there'd be a ton of backtracking if i were to go to the meeting place. i'd ride a-long or just leave for the second though. it's a bit bigger than the first.

sweet. looks like i might have a lead on some front tow hooks after all. thanks 5spd_xj! and i have nut strips, so i was going to make some sort of rear tow point(s). i'll figure it out, but i'd really love to go. i have a tow strap and plenty of d-rings to go around too if people need to borrow gear.

You can count me in. This will be the first time I get to go wheelin in my Jeep. Its been my DD for the past few years so I've always been cautious about taking on trails. but now I have a new car so no worries anymore about being strainded without a car!

I also just looked at map quest and they had exit 7. They have steered me wrong before so i never realy trust them. Is there a quicker way taking exit 8?

Exit 7 is the Ludlow exit off of the pike

it is exit 7, not 8. and it looks like we'll meet in the friendly's parking lot across from the pike exit seeing as how they just tore the mobil station down today. anyone can go on this run, its not affiliated with naxja. more of a meet, greet and wheel

once the tj is built, i start driving that while we lift my xj =D

we still have to get/install 1 of the steering bolts, get/install the studs for the rear tire carrier, install oil pan skid, bolt on the new tires, get an allinment, and test run to see if we were unlucky and have vibes, but providing we get crack down and shit done, i hope to wheel w/ you guys
