Well since plans changed and we are driving the wifes jeep down there I have a new to do list.

New steering column, diff covers, stainless braided brake lines, hitch and gas tank skid, t/c skid, sliders, rebuild driveshafts, fab and install rear bumper and tire carrier, and an oil change if time permits :) All this has to be done in less than two weeks and I don't wrench during the week. :D

I keep fixing a bunch of small stuff on mine and keep puting off the cage.....I will be cageless for this wf.

Jeep

Bare minimum:

Replace oil pan.
Replace rear axle seals...again.

Wish list that should happen:

Replace rear axle shafts with all new seals, bearings and retaining plates, keep old stuff for spares.
Rear tire carrier/bumper/hitch combo.
New steering.

Wish list that I hope can happen:

Flat skid plate.
Control arms and track bars.

Tow rig:
replace hitch and add a few reinforcements.
fill propane
give entire rig a good look over.

Trailer:
New tires.
Bearings repack.
See if golf cart will fit on it.

mac 'got to keep working to pay for it all' gyvr

Have new oil pan
Have new shafts, seals, bearings, backing plates.
Ordered a new tire/carrier/bumer/hitch combo.
Ordered new resistor for blower to make it work on more than just "high"

mac 'now to find time to do it all' gyvr

Had a good couple of weeks getting work done.

Oil pan done.
New shafts, seals and diff service done.
New blower motor resistor.
New control arms for the front with the oil pan install.
New steering came today, partially assembled, hopefully installing this weekend.

Pretty much needs to be driven a bit and see what else it might need.

Flat skid and rear control arms probably won't happen until before the crawl.

Tow rig got propane filled.
Hopefully doing hitch on Tuesday if I can get it out of the back yard.
Would like to do some tow hooks on the front if I can with the weather.
Still needs a once over, but at 5 years old and 25k, I pray it doesn't need much.

Trailer still needs worked on, but its covered in a foot of snow at the moment.

LJ has been running good, almost put a full tank of gas through it in the past few weeks.

Trailer is out of the back yard and in the garage. Working on building the platform for the golf cart along with some wiring I had to rerun taking the tool box off of it. Got seals to repack the wheel bearings, just need to do that. Ordered new tires that should be here next Tuesday and have an appointment with my favorite tire guy to swap them over to the current rims next Saturday.

RV is still buried in the back yard, getting the trailer out was an adventure, but we've lost about half our snow pack, so I'm hoping to dig it out this weekend.

I have to go charge batteries and turn over the wienerbox next week. Hasn't been started in months.
