what kind of notcher are you using?

Thats the part that sucks. A grinder with a cut offwheel on the angled notches, and all the 90* notches a hand held drill with a hole saw. Definitely would like something nicer but I am pretty much down for now.

I just painted it, its off the jepp currently but let me see what I can do in the next few hours... :guitar:

I removed the rear shocks and sway bar. Hopefully getting the lift shocks from swamprat this week...

Its all 1.75 .120 wall dom. I dont want to test it out at all! but I will be in Moab all next week so who knows... :roll:

DOM is pretty dent resistant stuff, I think you'll be alright... just dont fall off a mountain

Just finished up tightening the torque converter bolts. Hardest part is getting the inspection plate off! Too easy!

Up next:
Tcase swap and HackNtap install. Hopefully next weekend.

replaced the sway bar mount on the axle, the one i had to cut off for the full crossover steering. polished another one of the wheels.....diagnosed my lack of turn signals....friggin wiper switch

Wow I have found that most of the time its that pesky left arm/hand that is making the turn signals not work...

i got a new battery to replace to useless Mopar battery... so now my jeep works!
