what kind of notcher are you using?


Thats the part that sucks. A grinder with a cut offwheel on the angled notches, and all the 90* notches a hand held drill with a hole saw. Definitely would like something nicer but I am pretty much down for now.

Its all 1.75 .120 wall dom. I dont want to test it out at all! but I will be in Moab all next week so who knows... :roll:

Just finished up tightening the torque converter bolts. Hardest part is getting the inspection plate off! Too easy!

Up next:
Tcase swap and HackNtap install. Hopefully next weekend.

Drove it to work. Thinking of driving it to Austin for the weekend.

replaced the sway bar mount on the axle, the one i had to cut off for the full crossover steering. polished another one of the wheels.....diagnosed my lack of turn signals....friggin wiper switch
