so would you like the winch and winch plate to replace the exsisting front crossmember between the front frame rails. that way you can tuck the winch high and tight and keep your bumper less then the minimum 8 inches away from your grill to mount in a winch in front? Then you design the rest of our center section? like a blank canvas.

We are waiting for a quote to have them water jet cut, depending on the quote will determine if we cut them in house or not.

We have our jeeps loaded up for a weekend in the mountains, we plan to test the bumper and take some in action photos.

As for pricing, We know what it will be priced if we have to plasma cut the bumpers in-house. But we are waiting for a quote to come back for getting the bumpers water-jet cut. This would save us time as it would not require grinding and could make it in bulk quickly.

Monday morning I will be following up with the water-jet company and see where we are at.

I just bumped into VonOrtner at a local supplier and got to check out the bumper, good design and well put together. If I wasn't in a time crunch I would definately get one of the kits.

Yes this is going to be offered, Actually myself and weddog were making our first kits today along with instructions, and a video. i know its been along process..i do apologize. The kits should be hitting the dirtboundoffroad website by monday.

So I can put it online but it wont have photos of the not assembled bumper.
