Merle Haggard Tribute Concert at the Bridgestone Arena tonight is unbelievable!

Bought this one from a friend of mine last weekend
It's got a bit of a mutt lift. Rancho coils and generic 1.75" spacers, Rough Country drop brackets on stock control arms, Skyjacker Nitro shocks and a pair of Rubicon Express long AAL's. The good part is it's already got a winch bumper & cheap winch, Rusty's x-member & t-case skid and also their tank skid. It doesn't ride the best in the world but it'll do for a while.
I'd given him a set of wheels from a '95 ZJ Laredo over a year ago and he never put them on. So this past Friday I had the tires swapped over and they definitely improved the looks over the rusty and peeling steel wheels.
I won't be wheeling this one like I do the white one. This is now my DD and weekend warrior for FSR's and waterfall hikes.
Driving past a hotel in Orlando this morning and I saw a family getting into a Defender 110. Turns out they are from Brazil (and spoke very little English). The left Brazil in February 2016 and have been on the road ever since. They drove first to Alaska, and then through Canada and the Midwest down to Miami and are now on their way back up to the eastern portion of Canada.

Heck yeah! Now that's living the dream :yelclap:
I don't understand how one does such a thing.... I guess I'm scared of not having a pay check.... :wow: That is a cool rig though!

No wonder this Jeep was in the junkyard. Never seen anyone wire their headlights with household conduit before.

And sadly this one was marked to go onto the yard. Would have been a nice one to save.

The old '94 is starting to run warm on long pulls up hills. I'm thinking about getting the 272310 NAPA fan clutch for the ZJ to help with cooling. Some claim it's a lot louder but cools a lot better. My worst case scenario would be to remove it from the XJ and use it on the Grand if it is too loud or robbing too much power. Since this is for my DD, maybe just a plain stock fan clutch would be fine.
I would start with a fresh stock fan clutch. I noticed last year that my 95 would cool fine just idling around Harlan, but as soon as we started pulling hills it heated up. A new stock clutch solved it.
I went the HD fan clutch route on my Yukon and hated it. Never disengaged and was always loud. Tried two different ones too. Reviews on the ZJ HD shows the same thing.
