Can't see what the writing on the tank says to see what's leaking out of it.
Actually, my Dad took those pictures. He's on the FD so the let him in a tad bit closer than anyone else. Not sure they knew he was taking pictures. But they're on the web now... too late!
The cause hasn't been released yet. Best I figure is he took that curve too fast or hit bad track. Car 20-46 out of 96 cars derailed. Not sure what would cause the 20th car to derail first.
Those of us that work in the railroad industry have a nickname for CSX, its "Chemical Spill Xperts" and also "Chicken $hit Xpress"
They have a really bad reputation.
Just keep a Hazmat suit in the back of your car and you'll be fine lol.
Norfolk Southern on the other hand is a real railroad with a great track record.
I bank on that-- just remember, I'm at the bottom of the big hill coming out of Roanoke (Norfolk Terminal is in my back yard @ the store)
well campus is so close to fort loudon lake i should probably do this anyway..... the lakes around here are nasty

Yep. Said he has made the trip several times.. im sure he will chime in, I told him I was picture whoring his Jeep on Naxja. He built the swingout bumper a few weeks ago, looks pretty damn good to. Has the skill, just no place to work while hes down here..
