Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Checked out my new Coleman tent and air mattresses for the Crawl. Sleeping in more comfort this year.

Had an idle issue with the XJ so I swapped the IAC for a different one and it idles nice now. Need to start collecting a few spares for the trip to the Crawl.

Got the ARBs installed in the Ranger! I am extremely impressed! They actually work like they are supposed to lol. Also, going from the ECTEDs to the ARBs wasn't bad at all. I just had to get new a new Carrier bearing for the 8.8 (D30 ARB came with new ones) and new gear oil. The housings were already drilled/tapped fromt the previous lockers so I didn't have to do that and saved myself a lot of time. I love the way the front one goes in. Its a more modern design, and places the carrier shims between the bearing and housing instead of between the bearing and carrier. This makes setting backlash so much quicker and easier.

Honestly, its a really good thing that I tore it apart, the front ring gear bolts were only finger tight despite the fact that they had red lock-tight on them?!? Weird. Buts its all good now, gonna hit the mountain tomorrow afternoon and give em a try!

NICE!!!!!!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: No all you need is a set of NUTZ to hang from the hitch. :roflmao:

Replaced my O2 Sensor-D-Cap and new rotor button-Helped Ghost w/D60

Why, are his NUTZ hanging from Tiff's ride?
wich ride are you referring to, the lifted 1500 ram or the lifted XJ on 33"s? She gets to drive the nice ones and I'm left with the old Ford and the slow Jeep.

Got the 33's and wheel spacers on the XJ.
A buddy is picking up some wheels for me in Charlotte today.
Hopefully convinced a buddy to sell a 94 XJ to me for a DD.
Found a motivated buyer for the MJ.

Still need to trim/fold the rear:

Changed the brakes on all 4 corners, looked at more houses, and colored most of the day Saturday with the rug rats.

Hauled 4 loads in the MJ (LWB) of brush to the landfill. Played ultimate today. Got some yard work done.

Just had quesadillas and listened to Mexicana music on the TV. It's like going out to eat.

Don't ask me why, but I like those wheels. What tires, Goodyear MT/R's?

Went to the mountain, broke a motor mount again, which caused a busted P/S return line. Melted the ARB air lines again on the way up the mountain so I was open/open. Managed to knock it out of alignment again. Needless to say Im pretty disgusted right now... But im not going to part it out and throw a 7.5", Dana 28 TTB, and 31" street tires back on it, "cough" Matt "cough." Lol, J/k. I'll get it fixed. May have to completely re route the air lines to a cooler location because they apparently aren't gonna work there... Oh well, gotta get to bed so I can get up at 3:30 in the morning to be at my new job by 5 :wow:. But I get off at 3 so I will try to get some of it fixed tomorrow afternoon.
