Well got the tag so it's legal now and the wheels and tires are on. I didn't get the shocks on yet so that will wait till tomorrow. Well here's the pics.

I'm gonna trim the end caps since they rub like crazy. It still needs a few minor details finished up but I think it looks great.

All today at local junkyards. Got me some dakota leafs and v8 zj front coils. A few more parts to go and I gotta lift.

bought some s-10 leaf packs at local yard for $40

was gonna buy some v8 ZJ front springs at another yard but wasnt gonna give $100 for used stock springs

slowly gathering parts to lift my 89 XJ next weekend hopefully

Picked up a Taurus 4500 CFM E-fan from LKQ in clayton NC, going back tomorow to get the steering off the ZJ there...

Installed some corbeau seats friday night and drove to Aetna saturday.

installed amp and 12" sub in the back of mine. Grinded down luggage rack and started painting it flat black. should be done and in my jeep by tomorrow.

When wheeling with friends, replaced my brother in-laws battery for him.

Got the D44 finished and in the jeep, actuall started last weekend and pulling the d30 out went so fast I decided to tackle the Teralow 4.1 kit for the Tcase.. well that didn't go as fast.

I had to cut a little more off the input shaft and broke the transmision speed sensor.. but all is well again.

Don't brake this part.
When I was lowering the transmission and Tcase the linkage bracket sheered this off. Trans Speed Sensor $140 coin. Dammnnnnnnn it.

Success, well pretty much, I found out the front DS is an inch to an inch and a half to long. taking it to Floirda Powertrain tomorrow to get cut down.

Gotta tell ya the tera low is a noisy sucker

Not this weekend but tonight, started to put my engine together.
.060 over bored 4.0L with 4.2L crank and rods.

Tomorrow I'll install the pistons, now if only my cam would show up.

went to knoxville and picked up some cj doors and a top off of TNScrambler and had some fun at the local pull-a-part... didnt get anything but i DID end up walking out of there on a crutch (didnt hurt myself per se, just found one as a hood prop and decided to see if they would even notice that i didnt come in with a limp)

went wheelin' at aetna saturday... took notice of the powerlines on fire... went to the pull a part and snagged a couple front driveshafts, and an a/c compressor for a friend.
(btw, i'll be chopping up one of these driveshafts... cutting the cardon joint off, so if you have one with a bad cardon, and would like to trade me, let me know... i also need a stock rear driveshaft... 4.0/aw4/231)

Curious as to why this was the case? I know i'm definitely not electrical savvy, but i'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be on fire...LOL
