Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Just drove the Jeep Saturday.
 
Attempted to figure out what hell is wrong with my friends ZJ. Goes into gear, but just revs to oblivion, instead of moving.

Only 1993-1993.3s could have the AW4. I wish it was.
 
my jeep fell off the jackstands saturday.. that was a pita to get it back up.. so i took the rest of the weekend off and went hunting.. came back with a good 4pointer, and my little brother got his first deer ever, just a spike but its just awesome to see a 14yo kid harvest a deer at about 145 yards, and drop it with one shot..

came home monday and got the rear spring mounts finished and tires mounted..
 
I forgot to tell. Saturday night I got knocked out(literally) by the handle of my hi-lift jack. It hit me in side of the head and ear. I've got a pretty big knot and scar on my ear. Also, it took some of my hair out. And yea, it hurt like hell.

Holy crap!!!! Sorry man. I Know what that feels like.
 
I wrote some long story about it but I can summarize. It was, of course, my fault. I had the rear of a junk jeep jacked way up off the ground so I could roll the axle out from under it while not removing the 35" tires... It was high. there was a lot of shit piled on the roof from striping the jeep down. As I was lowering the Jeep onto the homemade jack stands(read cement blocks) the jack decided to get hung up. Upon forcing the handle up - the whole thing slide down dropping the Jeep at a funny angle backwards and everything on top slid off on my head. That included a radiator, bumper, 2 rims, fender, half a hood, the old dash and shit load of nuts and bolts. It felt great! I love concussions!


I apologize. I'm not feeling very grammatical right now...
 
Alright so I just changed out the starter, jeep is running again, but the dang trans won't shift everytime. This sucks, adjust cable, works fine...twice. Well back to the dealer for a new shift cable.
 
Damn hi-lifts, but ya gotta love them at the same time.
 
Weekend retreat to Boone with one of the groups i'm in at school. Waaaaaaayyyy too much good food...best part was it didn't cost me a dime :)
