Weekend is over...what did you get done?

There are two different types of d35 lunch box lockers. I assume you know that one will work and one will not. Good to hear, you will love the difference.

Oh yeah, I'm pretty certain this one is a c clip axle, so it should work.

If not, I still got some parts for the 8.25 I'm about to rebuild (not internal parts of course). Then I can sell the locker, and scrap whatever I don't use

Wheeled my junk at Gulches with my old friend Mike! Meet some new ones and had a blast! Flopped this jeep for the first time there. Then proceeded to do it again a few minutes later on the next trail! Need to either get a new winch or get this one serviced!

Sold the front, rear dana 44s and Rk steering that was on the rubicon. Picked up a set of 17x9 beadlocks and calipers, brake pads and brakets for the tons. Got to start ordering trusses and brackets for the tons tomorrow.

I broke an 8.8 adapter flange... Twice.

I learned that my rear suspension is in desperate need of a rebuild.

Traction bar! Oh wait pot meet kettle! :rof:

Was just gonna say, that sounds like time for a traction bar.

Binding up drivelines because of axle wrap sucks.

Pulled apart the locked D35 and pulled the locker out of it, hope to have it installed in a couple weeks along with the pinion bearings I bought the other day

Yup! Springs are SHOT! So shot that my pinion angle is off 5* from where I originally set it.

Throwing different springs on it and building a traction bar as soon as my order shows up in the mail.

i added the ruff stuff traction bar to my jeep. and ill say that any lifted xj needs one. it made a huge difference in the traction on the rear.
