Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Finally fixed my p1391 code. Turns out the FSM is the only thing that calls the ring under the distributor the camshaft positioning sensor. That's why all of the parts houses around here "don't even list a camshaft positioning sensor." The Napa part is part number MP847 for those looking for the same thing. My old one had worn through the insulation and that is what was causing the short and sending the code.

part number depends on year, I see you have a 98/99...

rockauto calls it a distributor ignition pickup. Looks like year splits are 87-90, 91-97, 98-99, then 00-01 got the distributorless ignition system with a new sensor replacing the distributor entirely.

I keep seeing some guy at school who I have termed "Fake Nick" looks like nick (cnickgo) walks like nick dresses like nick... Friggin weird

I had to tell someone.......

There's one at IU also.. I thought I was the only one..

Nick, we're not creepers! Promise!

What the hell nick....you training an army or something?

Looks like we need a support group for sightings

Dang looks like the secret is out! It is my plan for securing the world's bacon, the only true currency.

Woo Hoo got my T-case skid in.

Rusty's does make decent armor.

There's only a few things Crusty's makes that I do agree is worth the money... the gas tank skid and t-case skids being 2 of them. Their engine skid system blows as does all of their suspension stuff.

Rusty's! You number one source for poorly engineered, under built, and over priced off road products!

Lol!

I need to talk to you about doing some kind of tcase skid for me....

Well i got there drop cross member used from someone for cheap. So there t-case skid was the ideal addition. I do like it. Easy to install and decent. Looks like it can take a pretty decent hit. That is the only thing i have ever purchased from rusty.

Its just the start of the weekend but I've already installed onboard air party1:

Started figuring a way to improve my approach angle.

I think the 3/8" plate version would be better versus trying to cram a 2x6 in there. It'll just need more gusseting with the plate.

Finally installed rear tire carrier bumper!

After wheelin this thing for four years. Instal was dificult nothing seemed to line up properly anymore lol.

Went on two trips with out my tank skid or hitch. So i may have tweaked everything a hair cause just about everything was a 1/4 inch or so off just enough to irritate the shit out of ya.

Did some cleaning around the house.

Wow..haven't seen Inventor in a while. We're spoiled at work with Solidworks. Now, if only we had enough licenses for the entire engineering department (7) to be on at the same time....

I was supposed to be in Ohio for an IH Scout and truck show but alas it wasn't meant to be.
