Visiting Rolla, Missouri

Hey

Me and Tess are in Rolla, Mo for a couple of days. We rented a vehicle and drove out here. They gave me a Jeep Liberty. Any place around here I can take this truck and do some wheeling. Its a rental so I need to break it before i take it back. :gee:

Took a few pics of our trip I will post up I guess when i get back. So far I like the Liberty fun lil ride.

Rolla, well it is 30 min from Fort Leonardwood and I have to be here cause our guy Dave is in Ft. Lewis for the week. So I am the incase they need someone guy on call here. They are mainly doing class room stuff so they won't need me but we have to have someone in the area either way per contract.

The kids are at there grandparents so instead of flying i just grabbed a rental car and will turn it into a paid vacation for Tess and I!!!

There is also a sweet park at Seymour that is teh Southern Missouri Offroad Ranch. They have done alot with that place over the past few years and it is a good clean family enviroment (for what thats worth ) I am thinking it is a few hours from Rolla though. It is outside of Springfield, MO.

That sounds great. We went to Eureka today and did a fun Six Flags day it was great. No kids we go to six flags... arty:


Started thinking I can't really go to any offroad parks with the Liberty it has NO tow points ugh. So if I got stuck somewhere I would be screwed. Oh well on that I may check out the forest for some hiking or what not. We are leaving Saturday morning so I got tomorrow left.

I've rode all of those except for The Boss. I haven't been over there for a while, I wouldn't mind going sometime this summer.

There was a few more vids on that site. Tess and I rode the Screaming Eagle, Ninja, And the Boss. She taped me on the Tower of power. And then She wouldnt ride up front with me on the batman. We had fun. We did have to make a trip to the aid station for her after we rode the BOSS but that is a different story and I will leave it up to her to tell

After we got off of The Boss I was walking down the wooden walkway and I was fussing at Rob for making me ride that horrible thing, as I was talking I swung my hand, it hit the side of the walkway and a splinter went under my pinky nail it was good half inch long, so we had to go to the First Aid Center so they could wash off the blood and pull it out. Its just sore and swollen today. :roll:
