Ventura County meet and greet.

We can try another date, but I thought with summer coming up people may be leaving. I know I'll be gone the last half of June and most of July.

For those that want to, this saturday(the 4th) is happening. I will be at this In n Out, 6 pm(sounds better for some?).

Time: Saturday, June 4th, 6pm meeting time, depending on how many show up we could be there for a few hours.

I will try to make it Saturday pending another event schedule. Have an offer to lap Irwindale in the Cobra on Saturday. Was hoping to be pullied and tuned by then though.
 
Sorry to announce this, but we'll have to try again, this weekend is just not working out for me or the jeep. :mad: I will get another meet together later this summer maybe. Again, I am sorry that I am the one who planned this, and then I am backing out, but thats how its going to be this time.

I dont want to stop others from going tonight, so please, if you planned on it, go. I hope those who still make it have a nice time.

All good. I think most of the XJ's I know of were out of town this weekend playing. Went to Irwindale and had a blast, wife was in heaven driving around the track in her Cobra. Even played with a Porsche 911 Turbo and laid a spankin down.
 
To everybody in ventura county maybe we can do a meet & greet at Lockwood/Miller Jeep trail this Saturday June 11. My brother & I are going and it would be a great place to meet and have some fun. Anybody up for it?

What time are you going to meet up and where? Looks like I will not be going to the Redwoods this weekend and may be able to sneak out. Start another thread with the details so it does not get lost in this thread.
 
Yeah, stop hi-jacking my thread! LOL, wish I could come with you guys, but being end of the year with finals and graduation, I just dont see it happening.

How about October 1st at BJ's on Oxnard? 7pm sound good? This should give everyone time to get this into their schedule.
 
I'm down. Glad to see there are still people interested! October 1st would work for me, but Cap't Crunch here will be in Moab. Maybe another date? The evening of the 24th too soon for ya'll?

(P.S.-no offense on the Cap't Crunch name, just something that popped in my head :laugh3: )
 
24th works for me, how about you Capn'? If we nail this down, Let's start a dedicated thread. I plan on making some small fliers/cards to pass out on other local XJ's that may not be on the board.
