trail grants

Surfing around this morning and found a link to here on fullsizexjgear.com. wondering if anyone has looked into this or tried to contact these guys about trail or land aquisition for ORV use. i did some reading on the site, and it seems like we would have to go through a municipality to gain access to the funds. well more like they would gain access to the funds to use for either the buying of land or trails. i know we would all really like to see more orv access in mass, if not for trucks/jeeps atleast for dirtbikes/quads/sleds. Just throwing out an idea...
