bring cheeseman with you.

I have to put air in my tires and fix what I broke last year. (Since I haven't wheeled that Jeep since then.)

My To-Do list grew a little:

Find 40" tires and wheels
Get my Jeep back from Will that's doing the tube work.
Completely build the 1-tons that I bought
Other things on a list that's a mile long.

Frame stiffeners
3-link
Shackle relocation brackets
Engine mounts
Steering

-acquire gooseneck trailer (this weekend!!)
-prep trailer, slide-on camper mounted up front?!
-ball joints, PS lines, oil leak, etc prep for the tow rig
-warrantied DS chromos, new Superjoints & spool for the front 60
-double sheer and adjust StaK shifters
-try not to destroy jeep at local events too much

Carrier is welded.

Gears, install kit, new warn locking hubs, new u-joints, diff cover, new u-bolts and spring plates, and high steer studs are here.

Waiting on tubing, heims (and assorted stuff) and high steer arms

Also waiting on new rotors and wheel studs.

All 'waiting for parts' have been ordered.

Once it's all here it's a matter of Carmine setting up the gears (while I learn) and putting it all back together.

Then just need to get the tubing cut for tie rod and drag link then have tube ends welded in and make a bracket for the axle end of the track bar.

I can't WAIT ...is it JUNE yet!

1. Tighten up tilt steering column.
2. Replace rear spring eye bushing.
3. Reroute exhaust to keep from melting said spring eye bushing.

I got #1 done on my list. All 4 of the Torx bolts were completely unthreaded. Nice and tight now.

Finish the swap to 35 spline front stubs.
Fix traction bar
Install harnesses
Not break anything else...

1) Control arms DONE
2) Rear shock mounts DONE
3) Obtain a front driveshaft that's not destroyed DONE
4) Install rear D44
5) Install front locker (maybe)
6) Replace sway bar end links or make disconnects
7) Clean/organize inside of Jeep/get the 3/4 gallon of gear oil that leaked into the floorboard out (of all the things on this list, this is the one I look forward to the least)
8) Taurus fan
9) Leaf spring bushings
10) TC skid plate
11) Check all steering components and make sure they're ready for the 250 mile trip up there DONE, SOME NEED REPLACING
12) Change trans filter

D60 housing is under the front of the MJ. Gears installed, carrier welded, new u-joints and stub shafts (both stock ones had cracked ears), spindles installed.

She'd be on tires now but the stud hole on the rotors I bought were too small. So I swapped them and hopefully this weekend I'll have tome to get it on tires.

Already drilled the high steer arms to 3/4" to use bolts/heim joints so now I need to drill the pitman to 5/8, get my track bar bracket welded, and the tube ends welded into my new TR and DL once I measure and cut them.

Other than those few little things the front driveshaft is all that's left to mess with.
