-Cut out floor and build subframe and skin it, relocate stock AW4 shifter - DONE
-Finish front half doors and trimmed for rockers - DONE
-Build rear shock hoops, tie them together and to other stuff, mount shocks - DONE
-Build rear bumpstop pads and mount poly bumps - DONE
-Finish painting the jeep with a brush - DONE
-Make rocker and belly skids, 1/8" plate + 1/2" plastic - Half done
-Some sort of seatbelts, probably just gunna run stock ones for now - DONE
-PSC hydro assist setup - DONE
-Tiddy up brake plumbing and rebleed -Still gotta rebleed
-Muffler heatshield/gas tank housing sheetmetal - DONE
-Maybe some shorter shackles - Removed some leafs instead
-Play with the StaK - DONE
-Regrease/hit the instrument panel so my gauges will stay working again - DONE
-Shakedown run and some thorough testing - So far so good
-Try not to flop it, I'll wait til NACfest for that - So far so good

-Get a RADesigns shifter/controller

- DONE Bend up harness bar and X brace for cage, finish weld and paint it (hopefully this weekend)
- DONE- Finish building 440
- DONE (surprisingly wasn't that bad haha) Get 440 to fit in engine bay :laugh:
- DONE - Build motor mounts
- DONE - Modify/ build crossmember, transmission mount, NP205 rear mount
- DONE - Redo traction bar crossmember mount (move to passenger side)
- DONE - Build new driveshafts
- DONE - Mount radiator, plumb cooling
- DONE - Build exhaust
- DONE - Center console and transmission tunnel
- DONE - Slave cylinder mounting/routing
- DONE - New dash and gauges
- DONE - Seal up/paint NP241/NP205/NV4500
- Build floors
- Build wiring harness
Carburetor is staying on for NACfest. Going to build the wiring harness this coming week/weekend, and do as much floor work as I can.

now that im getting close. i can be more specific as to what i have to do.
front pinion seal
t-case output seal
traction bar (just the bar, mounts and crossmember are done)
mount front airbumps
mount rear poly bumps
mount rear shocks and shock hoops
weld in sheet metal for bed floor
swap durango steering box from xj to j10
new power steering hoses
fuel injection stuff:
mount fuel cell.
plumb fuel system
wire up fuel pump
bolt all the tbi shit to my motor
plus a bunch of wires to the new stuff on my motor
put 12 volts to the big wire on my new wiring harness
put 12 volts switched to the little wire on my new wiring harness
i think thats about it.
hopefully i get a day where i can go over the truck, check over every fastener, check all fluids, and paint some of the bare metal.

I'm lazy. So all I really need to do is fix my 4wd linkage and fix my door pins so I can go doorless. Anything else isn't a necessity.

all i need to do this weekend is pack, get the 34's back on there, buy an mp3 player for the truck, clean and air out the jeep, then get the jeep on the trailer so i dont have to do that Tuesday night or Wednesday morning

fixed my tcase linkage by hammering the body side up to match the drivetrain's height. should be good enough. works fine now. and i welded the door busted door pins on, and have a spare just in case. i'm ready to go.
