As with the boots on ball joints, I don't know where you would find just the boots. If you did, I would think the joint would have to be removed to get a new one on anyway. So might as well measure/count the rotations and change them out.
You can buy universal boots at pretty much any parts store. Its only one nut and a whack with a hammer to put a new boot on the ball joint. No need to replace the whole thing if its good.
*tie rod end, not ball joint. I would replace the ball joints if I was in it that deep. I would put a new boot on a tie rod though, put off having to pay for an alignment.
