...look no further. I really need to sell but there is no interest out there so I have an idea.

If you have a 97+ *stock* XJ with good axles and live near Kansas City this may work. You come to my house and we swap everything; springs, axles, wheels, tires, flares?, TC case, driveshafts + you pay a to be debated amount of cash.

Springs- RE 4.5 coils, 3/4 coil spacers, RE 4.5 leaf packs with 6* shims and RE greasable shackles.

Shocks- RE Monotubes and JKS quick discos.

Front Suspension- RE drop brackets and braces, upper and lower non-adjustable arms, RE HD track bar, TB mount and brace.

Steering- ORO U-Turn setup installed already (axle swap), OME stabiliser.

Axles- D30 w/ newish ball joints 4.56 gears, 8.25 w/ 4.56 gears and full Detroit locker.

Wheels- Black steelies 15"x8" w/ 4.5 backspacing

Tires- 33" MT/R's with 2000 miles, balanced.

Brakes- Front; slotted discs and Performance Friction pads and extended brakelines. Rear; Tera-Flex disc conversion, e-brake NOT setup.

Transfercase- NP-231 w/ corrected speedometer gear and RE hack-n-tap.

Rear Driveshaft- CV style, correct length. Vibes at 70mph+ only, I don't go that fast so it hasn't been a problem.

Follow link at bottom for a pic.

This sounds crazy but it is 2:30am cst and I'm tired but I need to move to Florida in the next month and I would rather trade the XJ in at Carmax but they won't take it in it's current state .

It would *seem* to be a one day swap but we know how that goes. Any flaws to my thinking???

Why don't you just trade someone pinks straight across?
It would sure save alot of work.

Yeah, but I still owe on the note.

shouldnt this be in the for sale forumn??

Sure, but the way I was looking at the situation is if there are folks out there compiling info on what they want to do they would look here.

i know its early but if you want to get rid of the drop brackets and braces i will gladly take them off your hands

would you be interested in selling the lift? Basically everything but the tires and transfer case? let me know asap

Yes they will. The Carmax I work at, They will take anything. They've bought cars for $5. They are total POS, but they will take them. Right now we have a early 90s Toy pickup on 35's. What happens to those crap cars is that they auction them off to other local dealerships. They bought a 2000 XJ that had a 3" lift on it.. Dont remember what they paid for it tho. But they will take it.. Might rip you off but eh, its a quick way to sell you Jeep.
