Dude, you know for that price that thing has got to be stolen! I see alot of that kind of stuff at the local pawn shops. there is always an issue with theft from construction sights and so on. That is a super nice unit though and that is a great price. I would suggest anyone thinking of buying it run the serial number by the local police to make sure it has not been reported stolen.
