ranger 8.8 is narrower and has drums, and the perches need to be moved anyway so just as much work as swapping in an explorer 8.8 with discs already on it. for that price i bet it's lincoln locked.
 
ah, good to know. i thought the price was decent anyways, if it has a real locker, but you're probably right.
