i don't think it's worth it for that kind of money, especially with lien paperwork, you just have to be patient. i picked up my 95 with 117,000 with tags and smog for 1700 after a little haggling...

i saw some of those for sale 2 years ago and the add said something about them not able to be california street legal. not sure if it was a emissions thing or what. they had DOT tires, bumpers, all the correct lights and all. so i have a feeling it was emissions. i also sort of remember them being 2 stroke. but dont quote me on it.
