7120 is the early HO head, still has the temp sensor in the back of the head that was omitted in 96 when the 0630 head started being used. Other than that i couldn't tell you if anything else is different with it. :dunno:
 
This is the head I have on my '95 and am not a huge fan of the sensor location as it tends to show the guage running hotter than it actually is.

We proved this by hooking up the DRB II and cross checking the guage to see a 10-12 degree difference.

No biggie now that I know. ;-)

Maybe late pattern '96. My early pattern '96 still runs the old temp sender in the back of the head. '96 is a bit of a bastard year, one off fuel pump, one off PDC (unlabeled as well, FSM and owners manually are both wrong), a few other things.
