Yes they suck ass.

Oh. I have like 6 or 7 of 'em on my rig and never really had any issues with them. Never even crossed my mind to use anything else...but my exhaust is also set up that it never has to come out of the truck to do anything.

I liked that solution better than buying a bunch of flanges and exhaust gaskets...those XXXXing things are expensive for what they are.

Hard-mounting the exhaust definitely makes things a ton easier for routing through tight spots.

He said they don't make a u-bolt kit for the STOCK yoke because there isn't enough room behind it.

Sure they make u-bolt yokes.

Pretty sure Bob doesn't want to shell out $100+ for a new yoke.

i got a stock yoke i can put in there but i want my gold jeep drivable so i can move it. the new jeep has a hacked up yoke. i was trying to still use it but looks like im going to have to find another one.

Oh I never have issues with them, but if you need to take shit off you have to destroy the pipe to get things apart since they crimp it.

I know a while back he said he was going and then there was something about some camping trip.

I was just curious because I offered him to stay in our cabin.

He said the camping trip is a different week but I think he wasn't too sure about NACfest, last I knew...

Yeah, if you tighten them like a dickhead. I just have them snug enough to not leak. With the rest of the exhaust hard-mounted I don't have to worry about them bouncing around and coming loose.

I have never had a u-bolt style clamp seal a pipe without having to crimp the pipes. They leak like crazy if you don't. I even torque it and rotate the clamp 90 degrees to seal all of it up.

everytime i went wheeling with mine they would always falll off. now i just get mine all welded on.
