All vehicles must have a rear facing AMBER light that is illuminated when the ignition switch, main power or the fuel pump is turned on. It may not be on a separate toggle by itself. This serves several purposes, allowing visibility in the dust to racers behind you as well as letting others know if you under power or not.
All vehicles must have a remote battery kill switch mounted inside the cab in an easily accessible spot, preferably on the dash. This switch must control all power coming from the battery and shall kill the engine and fuel supply power when turned off. Winch's and low voltage supply to the engine computer may be routed around this switch due to amperage draw and memory retention. A switch on the dash may be used to remotely control a solenoid wired into the main power supply such as this.
