A pair of 55w bullshits aren't even brighter than my headlights. It'll cost me 400 bucks to get a good pair of 7" lights and convert them to HID. Might as well get the bar for that much.

And it gets plenty dark around here, my girlfriend lives right off the water and there aren't any streetlights around. That and we have a shit ass XXXXton of deer down here, I'd rather not make a mess of my jeep doing 70 when I hit one (again).

I think what Colin is saying is that I'd rather eat the $12 you'll save by getting the 600' to not have to deal with organizing a group with people you don't know, and have to worry about them getting you money on time and picking up their metal.

gotcha. Fair enough. I'd only be doing it with people I already know or if someone I know who's also involved in the buy will vouch/take responsibility for whoever else's tube. For example Ned with the Ranger wants some (he was interested in HREW though, so I dunno if he's still down) and he's a good dude so I'm fine with him getting in on it too. He knew a couple other people who'd want some, and he was going to collect their cash and get it to me before I ordered. So, if it's easy enough and he's gonna pick up their shit, sure I'm down with saving like $12 :looney:

got another quote...3.65/ft and if 600+ ft is ordered it's 3.55/ft. 1.75 .120 DOM.

also called marmon keystone back. 2.70/ft for anywhere from 12 lengths to 1000lbs, for the HREW. 12 lengths to 1000lbs for DOM 4.53/ft


I'm thinking get enough people here(?) and on NEOW interested to hit the 600ft mark on the 3.55/ft DOM and go that route.

Anyone want some?

I'll see if I can guestimate with a tape measure tonight or tomorow.

How much would it queer the deal to throw in some 1.5" DOM as well?

Ok cool. Might be worth it for you to try getting a quote too... unless you're OK with waiting til June to get it at NACfest? I'm sure delivery could be figured out easily enough then. Will you be coming up this way in May?

Let me know how much you'd want, and I *am* cash poor so we'd have to figure something out with money pretty quick as well.

Hey Ross you still want that lame electric fan bracket back? The radiator in my jeep exploded a couple weeks ago and I put yours in. Took that bracket off and put it aside. WANT ME TO JUST THROW IT AWAY FOR YOU!?
