If you want you can order some 2x2x.250 from Turner Steel and I can grab it tomorrow morning since I'm going over there anyway (just tell them to cut it in half, costs like $3 extra).

I've got some 4 awg power wire, some speakers, an inline 100A fuse and holder, and a 1.25cuft box for a 12" sub that I'm not using. That volume box works well for JL 12" subs. Go here and here for your supplies/parts. If you're going to do an order from Part-Express, let me know. I need more but they do free shipping on orders over $100. I've been holding off till I know I need more. If you plan on deadening anything get your stuff from B Quiet.

Id use 1.5x1.5 3/16 or 1/4 wall, 1/8 seems a little thin but if you don't beat on it too hard it should be ok.
