1310s are the way to go if for no other reason than super cheap shafts and they're strong enough. XJ shafts are plentiful and super easy to lengthen and shorten.

which is why i rock them.

i only need to carry one spare too.

i have broken more yokes than driveshafts

I collect them, I'm going to start taking driveshafts from other trucks just to cut up for spare DOM to lengthen them so I can have free rear shafts. My front needs to be a shortened XJ,ZJ shaft and the rear is the same lengthened.

I've been getting out there more at night, but I can't fabricate a damn thing right now. I'm waiting on my Heleta order to arrive and I need to go to Airgas but I don't have time during the week.

i will trade you 2 driveshafts with good cv's and bad slip joints
and one driveshaft with a bad cv and good slip joint
and one broken driveshaft

for a good driveshaft

I don't take note of what the driveshafts come out of. I have some xj and zj shafts. If you ever really need one let me know. I'm just not sure how many I have or where they are. I need at least 3 for when I cut my Honcho up.

What do you use? Stock XJ front shafts, from an automatic? I don't know if I have any of those. I think at least two of mine are from zjs. I don't remember how many I have after making the two that are in my truck, hmmm..

XXXXing comanche wont unlock, going to miss my first class. Poured rubbing alcohol on it and don't know what else to do. Lock cylinder moves but not all the way.

My fix for this: leave the slide window in the back open a tiny bit.

Other fix: never lock doors.

I actually don't have slide glass(installed). I poured rubbing alcohol all over everything, beat the shit out of my doors and went inside. Came out, unlocked the doors and sprayed the shit out of all the lock mechanisms from the inside with wd40 for now. I have some white lithium i'll spray on it later, I think it's in my girlfriend's garage.

For future reference brakleen melts ice real fast too. And comes with a nifty little straw (that I never use) that could be used to spray it right into the lock.

I always lock my doors, the XXXXing douchebags that live around here suck dick for a living. That doesn't pay shit, so they steal shit from me part time. XXXXing pieces of shit, you'd think they'd steal shit from someone that looked like they can at least afford to have something stolen from them.

Any of that shit works, I used rubbing alcohol because it was in my house. WD40 would have probably worked better but that was locked inside my car. Not to mention it wouldn't make my car smell like alcohol.

yeah they steal anything that isn't red hot or bolted down around here. Fortunately the MJ gets parked right under a security camera so no one messes with it.

Can't wait till I live in Southbridge, where I can pretty much leave stuff out without worrying about it if I am lazy.

Jeff, call me tonight. My dad is really busy today.

No prob...I don't mind the butt crack split in my windshield. It's the 3rd one on this XJ, always splits right at the bottom center and just goes straight up.
