T&T Project Low Wagon

No one says it doesn't have it's place in life. It is a great axle for light duty use but has the world's worst ball joints and casting.

Part of the problem with this pic is the stock carrier. It is very weak. A good full case locker greatly improves the strength of the unit. Add a sturdy diff cover and it is plenty strong for 35's if your not stupid with the throttle. Add a truss and you're really in business.

I am sure we have muddied up this thread pretty good. But you should know Cracker could break a Rockwell on 35's. He is the king of wheelspin. hasta

X2, What a horrible way to spen money.

If you are going to spend that kind of money on aftermarket knuckles you might as well get the Chevy Spindle version so you can unlock the hubs on the way to the trail.

They don't even look like 37's. That's a compliment. It would be cooler if you could take it lower though.

If you are confidant you will never go bigger, but at the same time want to build what you have so it’s indestructible.

Crawling is an addiction. I never would thought I'd go bigger then 33's and a 4.5" lift, d30, d44. Once these tires wear out I'm going to 38's on the same lift, with my full widths
Just Empty Every Pocket!

Looks great Rod! And I thought that was a nice rig way back at COfest '09 when it was still on leafs lol.

Hehe... you've never owned a Super Duty have you.

I do own a SD PSD.

I've only had to replace the ball joints once in 130K but I think that is acceptable for a 7300# truck.

We had a blast up in South Dakota this weekend. Project Low Wagon performed flawlessly. I highly recommend wheeling the Black Hills if you ever get a chance.
