I won't go into a lot of detail here and I know who I'm supposed to contact but...what do I do when they don't respond to any emails or PM's? I understand people in position are doing so on their own free time, unpaid and I really do appreciate that. However if they are too busy to take care of potential and current vendors, then maybe they shouldn't be in that position. This isn't personal so please PLEASE no one take it that way. I know firsthand how it is to get busy and fail to get back in contact with something, usually end up losing their business. That's what is happening here.
