Solar Powered trickle chargers

How high a voltage would like to have in your battery?

Those are 2.5 watts at say 13 volts?... at maybe 8 or 10 hours per day?

This equals to about 2.5 Watts/13 volts = 0.192 AMPS for 10 hours per day.
If you reduce battery voltage to 12 volts then you get 2.5/12 = 0.208 AMPS.

How much does your radio memory and clock require to maintain them for 24 hours?

:dunno: Maybe my calculations are wrong.

You probably don't need one for a 24hr period... But if your jeep sits or isn't your DD, then its not a bad idea for $20

my wifes jeep doesnt get driven much i think i replaced her battery like 2 times in 3 years..so something to keep her battery healthy and only $20 .. im all for it!
