Sierra Chapter Rigs

At 4" you should easily fit 33's with that trim. Nice job!

i gotta picture kinda like this one only not nearly as cool lol, its all i could get though running open diff f/r

I feel your pain. I've got some pretty sick shots, but the opens hold you back a TON. I'm making my gear/locker purchase later on this week though!!!

hopefully i trimmed enough for 33's =),

Yeah, no problems. just cut and smash that inner pinch seam, or you WILL be cutting your new tires. I'm running 35's on about 5" with similar trimming... I need to trim a bit more, AND I smashed the piss out of the inner fenders.

i gotta different project im working on before i smash that pinch seam, im working on a spare tire carrier that bolts to the same bolts as my hitch plates, similar to this setup. http://naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1012034 i hope to have it finished before my desert trip so i can test it out

I built my rear bumper to bolt onto the stock bumper mounts, but also braced it to the trailer hitch. like thus:

It's been polished a bit since this. I plated the face, and added corners (it looks a lot better now)

The ones on the front fender wells? Its not that difficult cut about every inch, It will make it a lot easier to get them Flat. Are you keeping the tires or would you sell them?

ill part with them, they still have pretty good treadlife, id say 9/32's on the worst tire i was thinkin bout putting them on craigslist for 150 -200, 40 per tire is pretty reasonable in my book and my stock street tire goodyears can go for like 100... just shoot me a fair price.

Finally my XJ is worth posting up.
