Show off your garage

Ok... here's mine.

The outside, before all of the inside work:

I had the roof raised to accomodate a 2 post lift, and added a 100 amp service for my stuff...

(thats not me)

Here is mine...60'x40', fully insulated, heated...only thing missing is a lift ( which I'm hoping to get one shortly ) :D

My dad's TJ awaiting it's lift

So you ended up with Aaron's XJ. Doesn't look a whole lot different than it did four years ago. Just the tube fenders.

Yep sure did...Aaron and I are buddies and grew up together, and when he decided to sell it I snatched it up. It hasn't changed a whole lot appearance wise...but a lot of parts have been changed out and upgraded. It's going to get repainted this summer...I've never been a fan of the flames, just the Jeep itself. And next winter, I'm throwing some 1-tons under it!

I remember when Aaron got that rig initially - wasn't it an e-bay find? Way over done with some goofy exo-cage thing, everything painted white or red or yellow...... Looked so much better after he "cleaned it up" and got it set up for real 'wheeling. Looks great now too! I agree, the flames - particularly along the side just don't look right - like it's sitting still on fire.....

Oh, yeah - we're supposed to be talking garages....... :D

My 1 car garage is jammed full of crap, I have a plasma cutter in it I haven't seen in 3 years. I am hoping to move soon and the garage will be a MAJOR buying point. I looked at one with a 40x50 insulated heated garage, I would love it but it may be too far away from work. Has a side garage door also. The middle door is a 14' door, plenty of room to build a nice loft inside to add some serious storage space. Surrouded by township green space on 3 sides that will never be developed. Heres the garage, its a got a 40' class A RV in the middle bay. All doors are on commercial grade openers too.

Oh, I figured thats why you were in Germany!

This is crazy! You guys actually park Jeeps in the garages???

I am lucky to fit the Lawn Mower in mine.

Looking good guys. Enjoying the pictures.

What the heck...I'll reopen a stalled thread.

Here is where I work.

First is the "workshop area." The garage is 3 stall and, if the rear wall was back 3 feet and I didn't put in a work bench, I could park 2 Jeeps nose to tail in each slot. It would be tight, but could have been a 6 car garage!

Next is a shot of the "parking area." My wife's '04 WJ and my '96 ZJ DD stay there, along with the John Deere.

Bonus points for anyone that can identify the song lyrics I painted on the wall.

A shot of the main working area...where I do the XJ work.

I guess this could go in the workbench thread also. I built this without any real diagram...just kind of winged it. It is a heavy, sturdy SOB though.

Nothing gets done in the AZ underground parking structure except oil changes and other bullshit!
