Got stuck pretty bad and got myself out yesterday. I think I really worked my front axle or something because it is now leaking

definitely front pinion seal, mine's the same. I'm hopefully replacing the whole axle in a week or so though, so I haven't bothered changing it out yet even though I have it sitting on my shelf.

Don't feel bad .... I messed up my pinion seal the last time out too. Its leaking down the diff and leaving a nice little puddle in the garage.

You can either change it out, or put a towel down where you park it

I just park with my front tires off the end of the driveway now, it tilts the diff enough that it barely leaks. The only time it actually loses more than a drip or two of fluid is when I'm parked at work or driving.

I know I need tow points lol. I got myself unstuck didn't I. I just blew a pinion seal in the process. Shouldn't be hard to fix. I realized what it was today when I was staring at it when I got to work.
