SE NAXJA Chapter approval vote is before the national BOD

I made a motion a bit ago and Goatman 2nd it.

I anticipate we will be 'official' before the weekend is up.

As for our Bylaws, I have been working twds fitting the bylaws to fit the chapter, I think I'll have a draft ready for discussion & approval (?) sometime tonight.
