rustys OTK!!! HELP!!!!

im trying to setup the otk, what ive done so far is trimmed the coil pads and reiforced them. first i set the tie rod to 51 1/2", then i check to see if it will bind and it does, but if i trim anymore off, then the tie rod will hit the coils, the only thing i can think of is either rustys blows or, i need to put the drag link up and then see if it binds...please help

Check out this site, it's by a guy in Autralia and he has ALOT of good info. there is a complete section on doing an OTK conversion. Hope this helps.

its good info for stock otk, rustys otk is a straight tie rod, its not bent like that stock otk, plus the jeep is right hand drive i think, my steering setup is on the left, im pretty much screwed if i cant get this to work since i drilled the holes in my knuckles, thanks for the info....
