Last I knew, reminders are sent out. However, some people filter email, ISP's filter it, etc... It may have been filtered as spam.

Besides, why blame the Membership guy? I know when my car tabs expire... I do not rely on the State to remind me. They do as a courtesy, but I do not always receive them. I doubt any cop would accept "they never told me" as a valid way out of a ticket. Know what I mean? Be responsible for your own stuff.. own up to that, and move on. Come on Chewy... yer better than that.
