Dig this Chris,Chris @ GATR said:Based on the original topic, my experience is as follows:
1. MY original kit shipped less a couple of hardware pieces, but they got resent out.
2. The shocks that came with the kit rode like the body was welded to the axles.
3. The poly bushings in the control arms flexed for one wheeling trip before all were torn.
Bottom line. I will never purchase another RC lift or lift componenents again. I organize for a 200 member 4WD outfit and alot of the members that saw my kit feel the same way. It's unfortunate, but again, you pay for junk, you get junk.

1. All my kits are packed by humans and maybe not you but all the humans I that know can make a mistake every now and again. But I can assure you that we shipped you the missing product as soon as we could without a twenty minute discussion about it.
2. You will never hear me say that our entry level shocks are the best but come on you are being a little unrealistic here. We have always had upgradable shocks and now we have a premier line (not available fo xjs just yet but should be in the nest month or so) that is pretty damn nice. If you know alot about this industry then you would know that we packed shocks for many years for some of our competitors and that beside specialty shocks there are really only two companys that make shocks anymore.
3. Then you talk about our poly bushings going bad after only one wheeling trip, I guess what you are saying is that, unlike all the other satisfied customers on here, you are the only one that wheels as hard as you do.
bottom line. There are many happy customers on here that will continue to purchase R/C products from us and will continue to tell there friends and there 200 plus 4wd clubs about us. you talk junk you must be junk
and please do not come on here and talk about cheap while your name is still black support the forum that allows us to voice our oppinions
I have a 7.5" Rubicon Express LA kit, it does ride like a car.....................................a Cadillac to be exact. :shhh:djorndor said:Yap, Yap, Yap. Oh and one more thing if you dont like the ride quality. BUY A CAR!!!!
Actually, I am in the process of becoming a sponsor, I just haven't pushed it through yet. Look, no need to get pissy. I stated my opinion and if you knew me, you would know I will state mine at any given time. I am sure all of your stuff is not cheaply made.GRIMUS99XJ said:and please do not come on here and talk about cheap while your name is still black support the forum that allows us to voice our oppinions
djorndor said:as far as im concerned if you dont like the lift then take it off, stop bitching, and keep YOUR POS on the road. I wheel with my lift and its never let me down. Just because you dont know what YOUR doing installing a lift or going wheeling doesnt mean its a bad lift. If your lift sucks you should have let a profesional do it. in that case let someone else wheel your jeep too. because you obviously dont know what your doing. Oh and one more thing if you dont like the ride quality. BUY A CAR!!!!
