Well, I got my Hall Pass for the weekend. This will be my first meet with this group, and actually my first real wheeling trip on the east coast. I'm looking forward to meet a few folks, and seeing what the terrain is like at Rausch.
I'm not particularly into mud, but it sounds like there is a lot more than just mud there.

the mud is mostly spread all over the rocks... only a few mudholes thankfully.

I'm soo ready, got all my tools and parts packed last night. I've got a couple open seats too if anybody wants to tag along on most likely blue/blacks.

So most of my buddies are being little panzys and are gonna bail on me. My one buddy with the JKU is still gonna go with me. So it's going to be me possbily my kids and wife and my one buddy with his JKU. Can't wait weather looks perfect- sunny and 55 :cheers:

I got myself a cabin booked now. Coming down with a cold, so I figure sleeping in a cold tent won't help it.

for sure 1 jeep with 2 people but I may bring 2 more jeeps yet. Will update when I have confirmation.

So one guy is backing out until sunday morning because of work but I will be riding shotty in my buddies ZJ. We will be there friday night should be in time for the dinner.

My wife and I will be there Thursday through Sunday.

My rig is on jackstands waiting for my lift, so we will be wheeling with a friend who is also coming but may have checked in on his own above.

I've made it, got camp set up. Note to self: inspect tent put away 15 years ago from son's camping trip before taking it to use. Lots of lovely small white mold all over the rainfly. Oh well.

A bunch of folks are coming in now, returning from runs. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
