Is there a place, like my tent for example, I could leave my doors during the day while we're out on the trails? It would be nice to have them on for the 3 hour drive up there and take them off for the trails. Es possible?? Good idea??

I wouldn't worry about it, there's hardly anyone out there. I've left doors in camp before.

Ok Guys, I will be in Baja that Thursday and Friday, but after talking to some people this weekend, I am most def convinced to come back on Friday night, and go up and meet you all on Sat.

You can add to that, that I've been to JV a handful of times, done clawhammer a few times, and aftershock. All on either 32" M/Ts, or 33" A/Ts, and an open front diff.

But I've never done lower doran.

Wouldn't miss it! Even if my XJ won't be ready for it again. I'll have to find a seat if not.

Mike, it will be good to see you. Unfortunately, I just don't get down to runs in SoCal much anymore. It's pretty much desert in the winter and Sierra's in the summer, with a few trips to Moab, CO, and AZ thown in now and then.

I'm sure there will be plenty of empty seats for those who need them. I've never been on a run before where I just rode, and last month my Jeep was acting up, so I just left it in camp and rode all weekend with one of the other guys.......and I had a blast! To me, half the fun is wheeling, and half the fun is hanging out with your friends.

Oooooh boy I'm getting excited. Two months of justifying buying new stuff I want but don't need, buy but can't afford! This will be my first real NAXJA run, and I'm sure I'll get in way over my head, but it'll be good to finally meet you guys and see the hardcore rigs out there. I'm sure this trip will be a negative influence on my wallet, but a positive influence on my love for wheeling.

I can't help but think that this comment was directed at Cap't Ron and his ill-attached front tow points.:looney:

I didn't really like that bumper anyways. I'll be good this time. Pop rivets rock. :D

For those of you who want to ride or need a seat, I will have my "extra" seats in the back of my MJ, bolted down, with seat belts. Just a bit tight for long legged people( I put it in for my kids). Theres room for two if anyone wants to ride backwards!:rof:
