Way ahead of you. I've been keeping a running total based on this thread in the BoD forum. Good idea on the number of people, though. I've added that to the spreadsheet, as well. If anyone is interested, here it is on Google Docs.

Everybody that makes it to Hot Springs will get to meet Tim ...AKA Rovernut... and his green Rover known as the Chia Pet :greensmok for it's Durabak paint job, the trees don't damage his rig - it just shaves off the bark.
The winch does get it's use, mostly when I get sideways on Gorge

The skull and crossbones scare me - too much like the Grim Reaper ... keep in mind that on the Arkansas Crawlers forum I'm know as Old Man (for good reason):banghead:

Update:

Due to the growing size of this event, we're going to step back from trying to cook for everyone. It's now officially every man for themselves. I'm sure groups of us will still coordinate together, but if we tried to cover the meals for everyone then a few of us would end up doing nothing but cooking for 3 days straight and thats no fun!

Well, I noticed that I seem to be an enigma as far as the spreadsheet so let me provide the missing info....

As for right now, the XJ is stock (I might be replacing it with another one between now and then though)....tires equate to 29".....open front and rear....no winch....stayin' at the Knights Inn

FYI: BJ has reserved the last available group site for our use. It's un-finished (meaning no tent pads) but we should be able to fit 4 or 5 tents in there.

Also, if everyone could take a look at the spreadsheet and confirm whether you are camping or hotel'ing it and let me know if I don't have you down properly, that would be useful. Thanks!

well time is runningout and I STILL havent recived my front yoke. It was supposed to be a 3 day shipping but thanks to ebay I might not get it in time. They sent it to my old address... I have been trying to tell the post office not to send it there but they keep saying it will be forwarded to my new address w/o taking any info from me. I have already had one thing get shipped there that I have to intercept so I don't lose it. Well I will keep posting if I am able to go or now...

I am down grading to a maybe right now.

I have spare shafts if you'll replace them in a reasonable time frame. And ball joints are cheap ... like $50 for all 4 ... Spricer brand (not the red line)

Yeah bro, I have a ball joint press you can borrow if you need one. I will be tearing my D30 down this weekend to install my front locker, at the last minute of course.

Talk about last minute. I just got the front yoke in. I have to install it messure and get newer DS shortened and then test it out. tick-tock...:banghead:
