Rear axle jacking

What causes a tire to want to climb underneath the vehicle under torque? (on a 3-link set-up?)
I know this is a pretty generic question but I can give details tomorrow. Any thoughts would be great.
I've also searched "rear jacking" without much luck.

Meaning the rear end lifts up and the axle tries to "drive under" the jeep? That would be antisquat, I believe.
